My Jewelry Collection

We have a weekly theme on a photography board I'm on and the last one was jewelry, so I pulled out some jewelry and took some pictures this morning.

This bracelet was a birthday gift from Susan.

This is the necklace that John gave me when Katie was born.

There's a Little Girl In Our Neighborhood...

I've posted a lot of Katie lately, so today I thought I would focus on Charlotte. She is just a little harder to take pictures of, cause you can't bribe her with candy.

I love these pictures of her on the swing! I wanted to make a collage of them, but I'm not sure if I like how this one came out. I've never seen her swing like this before, she is usually in the baby swing. She must have watched Katie do it.

Yep, this was the end result after I said about a million times "Charlotte be careful you are going to flip over!" Flipped right over and landed on her face! I know I'm a mean mother and took a picture before I picked her up. In my defense my camera is really fast! Especially outside when you don't need the flash. She was fine! Didn't even cry a full minute!

Princess Katie

Just another practice session with the window light. I tried to get some of Charlotte but she really doesn't like to model for me. Katie agreed to model if she could take some of the pictures, she is such a little negotiator.

I Love My Aunt Linda!

I'm so proud of my Aunt Linda for embracing the high tech world with open arms! She just sent me an email with her first picture attachment! This is the picture isn't it beautiful?

The Joy of a Baby Sister!

I thought this picture was funny, because this is kind of Katie's life now. Charlotte ruins everything! Poor Katie, being a big sister is tough! They are either playing and laughing hysterically or fighting, there doesn't seem to be anything in between.

Talent

I was at my Aunt Linda's house yesterday and had to take a picture of the progress my very talented Aunt Gail has made on the mural she is painting in the living room. Doesn't it look awesome? My Aunt Gail is an incredible artist and one of the smartest people I've ever met, and I've met some pretty smart people! I should have taken some close ups of the horses on the bottom, I will next time!

Charlotte

I have a lot of stuff I need to be doing, which always results in procrastination and wasting time playing with Photoshop. I tried to take some pictures of Charlotte this weekend, but it didn't go great. I liked the sun flare in this one and the fact that she left her cute little hat on for a while, even though her ear looks kind of funny.
