In Loving Memory of Leona "Gail" Johnson

I don’t know what to do today
My tears wont seem to dry.
I need to clean and take a bath
But all I do is cry

The guilt is overwhelming
The sadness won’t subside
I want to lay and cry all day
Cover my head and hide
I didn’t do enough
I could have loved her more
Life gets in the way sometimes
It kept me from her door
I pray for peace for her today
And for those she left behind
I loved her smile, her grace, her heart
Her intellectual mind
I love you so much Aunt Gail
I wish we’d had more time!
